These terms of use contain the juristic information pertaining to visiting and using the Jobscareer.be website, a statement with regard to copyright laws and a reference to Belgian privacy regulations. You will be requested to read these terms of use carefully before visiting the website or making use of it in any possible way. In visiting or using this website, you explicitly agree to these terms of use. These terms of use describe the conditions under which Vacature CV and Jobs&Career CV grants you access to their website and to the service offered there. Should certain terms of use be dealt with more clearly or extensively in other regulative texts that also apply to you (for instance in a users' agreement or in the general terms), then those other conditions have precedence to the ones specified here.

3. Contents and use of the website

You agree that the use of the website and its information takes place at your own risk. The site and all its materials are made available as they are: "in the present state" and without any guarantees.

Vacature CV and Jobs&Career CV make all reasonable efforts to keep the contents of their site correct and updated. When Vacature CV and Jobs&Career CV are informed of any errors or inconsistencies on their website, all reasonable efforts will be made to correct them as soon as possible. Unfortunately, in spite of the efforts, some errors or mistakes may still occur. Jobscareer cannot guarantee that the website will be constantly updated and free of errors, which is why the user cannot blindly trust the information given. The best thing you can do is to check all information with the party that originally provided it to us.

Under no circumstances can Jobscareer be held accountable for any disadvantage you may encounter as a result of any incorrect information or as a result of a lack in clarity on the Jobscareer.be website or the website of one of our partners. Moreover, you agree that downloading information or receiving information from our website in any other way is being realized according to your own discretion and under your own responsibility. For any possible damage to your computer system and any loss of data due to downloading information you will be held responsible yourself.

WWe would like to point out that Jobscareer does not play a role in the recruitment process and does not carry any responsibility for the form, the contents and any possible mistakes in the employer's advertisements or the registered users' resumes. As a user you therefore agree that the website:

• Is general in nature and does not intend to answer to a (juridical) person's specific situation;
• Should not necessarily be exhaustive in describing a job offer or resume;
• Sometimes refers to third parties' websites. Vacature CV and Jobs&Career CV do not have any control over these websites and therefore decline all accountability for them.
• Does not contain an offer that may lead to an agreement through simple acceptance. Therefore Vacature CV and Jobs&Career CV cannot be held accountable for any possible disadvantage that may occur when using the website without taking into account the restrictions mentioned above.

4. Links to external web pages

It is possible that the website contains a number of links to the websites or web pages of a third party. Vacature CV and Jobs&Career CV do not have any influence on the contents of those sites and pages, which is why they cannot be held accountable for their contents. Should we be informed of any possible hazardous content behind one of the links on our website, that link will be examined immediately and, if necessary, removed at once.

6. How the website works

Vacature CV and Jobs&Career CV try their best to put the website at your disposal uninterruptedly (It should be accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day) and to protect this with all reasonable measures. Jobscareer takes all reasonable measures to reduce the number of inconveniences caused by technical errors as much as possible. However, Vacature CV and Jobs&Career CV cannot prevent the possible occurrence of false technical manoeuvres and unauthorised interventions and it cannot forestall that viruses may be brought in. That is why Jobscareer cannot guarantee you that the access to the website is never blocked or that there is never any nuisance in any other way. As a result, you can never hold Vacature CV and Jobs&Career CV responsible for such errors, functional disorders, incidents or problems that may be the result of the use of the website or any third party web pages our website links to. Moreover, you acknowledge the fact that Vacature CV and Jobs&Career CV have the right to block access to the site to track down and/or repress all possible cases of misuse or fraud or to fix any technical or operational flaws at all times and without a foregoing warning. These interruptions are necessary to adapt and improve the website and to ensure a regular technical maintenance and an updated content. Legality of the terms of use

The insignificance of one or more of the conditions in these terms of use does no damage to the validity, the applicability or the bulldozing effect of the remaining conditions. If one or more of the conditions are accounted for as not permissible on the basis of a law, a regulation or a court's definitive verdict, the remaining conditions will keep their unaltered strength and scope. The invalid condition will then be replaced by a new one, which strives for the same goals as the original invalid condition as much as possible.

The conditions in these terms of use do no damage to the legal, regulative or compulsory conditions of the Belgian or European legislation, or their regulations concerning public order. As far as these terms of use and their relationship to other juristic texts drawn up by Vacature CV and Jobs&Career CV are concerned, we would like to refer to what has been described in 2. Applicational rights and certified courts

These terms of use are controled by Belgian legislation. The user agrees that only the courts of Brussels have the competency to take note of them in case of a dispute concerning the application or the interpretation of the conditions.
